On June 10, 2020, Russky Technopark was acknowledged as an example of successful cooperation between educational organizations and development institutions at the online lecture "Interaction of universities and development institutions: growth points" within the Mentoring for Communities project organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. Mr. Arkady Dvorkovich, Chairman of the Skolkovo Foundation highlighted the significance of Russky Technopark as a regional operator of Skolkovo Foundation on Primorsky Territory.

According to Mr. Dvorkovich, the establishment of Skolkovo regional operators on the basis of universities is an important aspect of development. Thus, Russky Technopark based at Far Eastern Federal University is a successful result of these actions, as students have an opportunity to work in resident companies of Russky Technopark and take part in events and programs led by Skolkovo.

The effectiveness of this approach is also demonstrated by the active participation of Russky Technopark residents in high-tech events organized by Skolkovo. For example, in January 2020, Russky Technopark resident ROBOT Ltd Company introduced its project "Robot Adam" at the Startup Tour 2020 held in Vladivostok and was selected to participate in the Startup Village LiveStream'20.
